We are looking for a highly professional, capable person to join our existing team as assistant park manager.

The role on offer is both varied and challenging but offers the potential for great job satisfaction and reward for a committed and ambitious individual who has the drive to achieve.

The location is a busy, year- round holiday park beautifully located on Loch Tay - we have a brand new reception facility just completed at Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

The core role covers general administration and reception duties handling phone calls/e-mail enquiries, reconciling financial transactions, working with online booking system ( Supercontrol or similar ), broad spectrum of reception duties, first point of contact for customers, cover during Park Managers absence, knowledge of accounts, proficiency in all IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of website technology an advantage.

You will also be in charge of organising events, corporate bookings and weddings held on the park and ensuring their successful execution. A background with some practical event marketing & organisation experience is important as you will be working to further develop this aspect of the business.

Applicants should be of smart appearance, have excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and show effective muti-tasking skills . You must be prepared to work flexible hours if required for events etc.

Attention to detail, confident yet approachable manner and an ability to manage a variety of situations within a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and people skills are essential.

The position is essentially 40 hours per week 9am to 5pm. Busy times you will be asked to cover reception into the early evening ( later start ). Two days off per week and at least one working day will usually be a Saturday or Sunday.

The position does not offer live in accommodation.
