Sales Admin - Bristol

Sales Administrators are responsible for handling all aspects of communication with our customers. This will include order processing, answering customer’s queries, arranging transport, giving product advice and responding to complaints.



Key Responsibilities

• Processing orders received from online selling platforms.

• Processing telephone orders and taking payments.

• Serving customers at our Trade Counter.

• Responding to customers by phone, email or through selling platforms.

• Raising invoices / credits.

• Booking deliveries by pallet network or courier.

• Checking orders which are ready for despatch.

• Giving advice about product suitability for different applications.

• Giving advice about using products.

• Tracking orders and keeping customers informed.

• Handling customers complaints.

• Responding to internal purchase requests.

• Compiling databases of potential customers by market research and contacting them.

• Job type: Full time, permanent

• Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
